I was really impressed with Graham and his staff. I’m buying a home at substantial price and his guys raked it over, helping us to re negotiate the final details on price. They found issues that would normally not be seen. He also talked me into a termite inspection for a nominal fee and boy, was I glad about that. Honestly, never before trusted Home Inspectors to note everything down and always thought I could do better myself. He definitely proved me wrong. I’d use again but hope to never have to. Moving is stressful stuff but I felt comfortable with this Home Inspection.
